The single merchant system is a self contained Windows PC based system.
It works with keyboards that have a cardreader built into it or with a “keyboard wedge” MSR.
You can sell the cards for any value. The customers can bring the cards back in to purchase goods.
The receipts are customizable. And the system has several reports to help manage the cards.
The data is encrypted on disk so that employees can not browse through the file to find the cards with high balances and use those balances to buy goods for themselves or their friends.
